St. Vincent de Paul/REDUX GalleryCLOSED

This one-time thrift store is now home to REDUX Studios and Gallery, a social enterprise of St. Vincent de Paul of Alameda County. Where a mish mash of donations once resided, you will find a gallery and boutique filled with repurposed and vintage items and gorgeous works of art.  You’ll also find inspiring classes you can take such as sewing and other fun stuff, as well as a community workshop. REDUX also sponsors an ever-popular Artist in Residency program.  Since celebrating their grand opening in 2011, there have been some fascinating goings on taking place here. They do still take some donations, and since it’s just a hop and a skip from the Goodwill store next door, you should definitely check it out. It’s quite an interesting place.

  1. Hi Robert: I have been out of town away from email and just picked up your message. I hope that your daughter found a thrift store to donate her stuff to or that she found some other suitable arrangements.

    Best,
    Mimi
