The Goodwill, Dublin is another one of the better Goodwill Stores in the San Francisco Bay Area. I’ve had some luck finding some great deals at this store, and I have a feeling you will, too. Well, as they say, “One man’s junk is another man’s treasure,” so you just never know what you’re going to find at the Goodwill, Dublin. This store is neat and clean and like most other Goodwill’s, and it’s very organized – even by color.
You’ll see aisles and aisles of men’s, women’s and children’s clothing plus many linear feet of housewares and knick knacks. I saw a handful of interesting vintage pieces (which somehow I resisted). Be sure to check out the glass case near the front of the store for higher-end items. And, as I’ve mentioned elsewhere, Goodwill Stores receive a great deal of brand-new overstock items from Target stores, so be sure to check out this store before you head to Target. You just may find what you’re looking for at a fraction of the cost, which can be a beautiful thing.
Shopping at your local thrift store can not only be helpful to you, but it will help provide funding for the great job training programs that Goodwill provides to others in our communities. So, let your dollars help you and help others, too. It’s a definite win-win and will make you feel good about your purchases.
There’s a donation center on site if you need to clear out room for the new stuff you’ve thrifted. This is a great place to find a mink coat and a set of golf clubs.
