St. Vincent de Paul

In the heart of downtown Livermore is this thrift with a big heart.  You’ll often find newer furniture pieces here, as well as a good smattering of unique vintage pieces to give your home some retro style.  Half of the store contains larger furniture pieces, so definitely shop here first, if that’s what you’re in the market for.  There’s the requisite men’s, women’s & children’s clothing (including racks of wedding dresses and fine china to go with it!), linens, books and housewares here, too.  But, the best thing about this thrift store is that it’s one block away from Loard’s Ice Cream, so it’s the perfect place to cool down on a hot Tri-Valley day.  On Thursdays, Senior Citizens get 30% off.  Now, that’s definitely worth an ice cream sundae!
