Sutter Hospice Thrift Store

This thrift moved awhile back from it’s previous location closer to downtown, but now there is even more room for them to accept larger furniture pieces and all sorts of vintage and antique goodies.  Just like most of the other thrifts in Santa Rosa, the Sutter Hospice Thrift somehow miraculously gets donations of interesting tidbits from Santa Rosa’s agricultural past.  You just never know what (or who) you will find here. Recently, I was surprised when I bumped into Patricia, an amazing Sonoma County mosaic artist and the mom of my childhood friend, Tracy. She was buying colorful plates from which to make her amazing mosaic creations.  So, in my book – this one is definitely worth a stop on your thrifting circuit!
