This sweet little thrift is one of the three Church Mouse locations scattered throughout Sonoma. This one just happens to be in a pink retro building across from the Sonoma Mission Inn and also contains the infamous “Home Furnishings Store” that is referenced on Yelp, but which has a different address (18068 Sonoma Highway). I’m pretty sure this is the original Church Mouse store in Sonoma that was opened in 1976. Here you’ll find lower-priced items than in their Sonoma Plaza store, including everything from larger furniture pieces to small sewing notions and everything in between. This is a great place to find housewares, as well as hats. They’ve got pretty much everything under heaven here, and a little of that, too.
Hours: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily
Proceeds benefit the St. Francis Solano Thrift Program, established in 1966 as a support group for the education programs of the St. Francis Solano School that serves over 450 elementary and middle school students in the Sonoma Valley.
