Church Mouse Thrift Shop in Sonoma Plaza has become my latest favorite surprise. But, where have I been? I had no idea that there was a spectacular thrift shop in upscale Sonoma Plaza. It must have been a well-kept secret, but now I’m happy to report that it is going on my “Top Ten List” on Yelp. Not only can you find great vintage and antique collectibles at this location, but designer labels for men, women and chidren, plus some other really cool stuff. There’s a ‘religious’ section where you can buy rosaries and other christian-based artifacts, a well-stocked book area and beautiful linens. This store is jam-packed with thrifting goodness and I didn’t think that the prices were unreasonable. And, every Wednesday, there are senior discounts (age 55 & up) when all purchases are 10% off. When I was visiting, there was a bevy of Sonoma ladies in the store who were spending the day lunching and thrifting and reminiscing about their previous purchases at this store. How fun and so very, very civilized!
