This Mission thrift is guaranteed to provide you with pure Salvation. It’ll also offer up an entire wing of men’s, women’s and children’s clothing, furniture finds and a separate Sally A’s section where the more collectible items and those the thrift thinks are valuable are kept safely secured. Funny, but I usually don’t ever find anything in that section!
Hours: Monday to Saturday 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., Closed Sundays
Proceeds go to men, women & children in need, this thrift store chain was founded in 1887 when Londoner William Booth found homeless men & women living on a bridge and decided to do something to help them. http://www.sanfrancisco.satruck.orgSalvation Army
